How do I analyze tracks with Bridge’s descriptive AI?

There’s nothing to launch: analysis starts automatically when you upload your files.

To see the results, open the track’s ⋯ menu, select Track information and go to the Tags tab.

Why is metadata missing?

Bridge keeps all the metadata encoded in your files before upload (ID3 tags such as artwork, ISRC or lyrics). If a file had no metadata, there’s nothing to retrieve.

WAV files are the main exception: the format carries metadata poorly. It’s a limitation for the whole industry.

Do my links expire?

No. Links you share never expire, whatever your plan. You turn them on and off whenever you want.

Can I buy music on Bridge.audio?

No. Bridge.audio isn’t a store: it’s where music professionals store and share their assets.

What’s the optimal size for a Project cover?

Max file size: 5 MB
Desktop: 1600 × 360 px
Mobile: 760 × 360 px

Keep key content within a 760 × 240 px safe area so it shows on every device.

Can I use Bridge.audio on my phone?

Yes. Install the Bridge.audio app: open app.bridge.audio in your mobile browser and log in.

Android: tap the ⋮ menu, select Install and create shortcut, then Install this app.

iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Links you share or receive also work on mobile, no app needed.
