How to analyze tracks with Bridge descriptive AI ?
This process is automatic and begins as soon as you upload your files. Choose the track you want to analyze and click on "Edit information". After you will have to go in the tag tabs. Enjoy !
Why are metadata missing ?
The rule is simple: it all depends on the metadata that was encoded on your track before uploading it to your Bridge library.We are able to carry and convert all the metadata your files may contain (especially ID3 fields). So if your track was properly tagged before upload on Bridge (for example with an artwork, ISRC code, lyrics…) then you’ll retrieve all those information after upload on your library. However if no metadata were saved on your file, we cannot do any magic. There is one exception to all that: WAV files. As you probably know, this format is great for streaming quality, yet very bad to carry metadata. This is an issue for the entire industry…
Will my links expire at some points ?
Whether you’re on a Free or a Pro plan, there is no expiration date for the links you share. You decide to turn them on and off at your will. That means your link can live for 10 minutes, or 10 years, it’s all up to you.
Can I buy music on Bridge.audio ?
Bridge.audio is not a purchasing platform. Our role is to allow all music and audio professionals to store and share their assets online.
What’s the optimal size for a project’s cover ?
Maximum weight = 5 MB. Optimal size is 1600x360 for mobile it would be 760x360. If you want to be sure that your image content will appear on all devices 760 x 240 is the safe area.
Can I use Bridge.audio on my phone ?
As of today, all the Bridge.audio links you share or receive are working perfectly on mobile, with a dedicated design. Links offer the same possibilities as on computers, with streaming, download, display of videos and photos, etc. On the other hand, using your Bridge workspace(s) on mobile is not fully optimal yet. Everything works, but pages layouts and navigation need improvements. We are currently working a full mobile-friendly version.
